5. Payments & Refunds

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing, all payments are non-refundable once work has commenced. Failure to complete payment obligations may result in suspension or termination of services.
6. Intellectual Property
Upon receipt of full and final payment, ownership of the final project deliverables is transferred to the client, excluding any third-party software, tools, frameworks, or licensed components.
Innova WebTech reserves the right to display completed projects or excerpts thereof in portfolios, presentations, or promotional materials, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
7. Limitation of Liability

Total liability, if any, shall be limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
